A pop-up workout built for moms who want to move, sweat, and bring the kids along.

Mothers & Movement is a fun, high-energy boot camp created just for moms. This 1-hour class includes 45 minutes of cardio and strength training, followed by a 15-minute stretch and cool-down you’ll do alongside your kiddo.

Currently all class registration is handled through Rooted Play Studio.
